This birthday mystery box contains 3 electronics items selected at random from the current Mewoo assortment. Each item is new, unused, and checked for power-on before packing. You know the count and the price; the products, colors, and models are revealed when the box is opened. The carton is a plain Mewoo box.

Replacement support

How early should I order for a birthday date?
Allow up to 7 days for dispatch plus 5–15 business days of transit—about three weeks is a safe planning figure. We cannot promise a specific delivery day. If the date is close, ship the box to yourself so you can hand it over in person rather than relying on carrier timing.
Can I ship it directly to the birthday person?
Yes. Enter their name and address at checkout and keep the order number. The parcel is tracked, so you know when it lands and can send a message to open it. The carton shows a shipping label and Mewoo’s name, not a price.
Is it suitable for a teenager?
The assortment is everyday consumer electronics—earbuds, small accessories, lights, controllers—so it suits most teenagers and adults. There are no age-restricted items. If the recipient is younger, an adult should check any charging accessory before use, as with any electronics gift.
Can I add a message or card?
Not at launch; the box ships in a plain carton with no insert. Send your message separately when tracking shows delivery, or ship the box to yourself and add a card before handing it over.
What if two of the three items are similar?
We draw from at least two categories per box, but random selection can still produce two related items. That is not a replacement reason. If variety matters more than price, the 6-item sizes spread the set across at least three categories.
