The Final Review Has a Specific Job
A final review should compare the prepared box with the order or box rule before sealing. It is not a replacement for sourcing, incoming inspection, condition grading or functional testing.
Its purpose is to catch packing and order-level mismatches.
What a Review Record Should Contain
A useful record includes box or order number, item or category list, quantity, condition, test status where applicable, weight, protective packing, exterior condition, label check, photo and reviewer.
The current folder does not contain a complete box-level review record.
What Current Photos Support
The photos show manual packing, closed cartons and visible shipping labels. They support the existence of packing scenes but do not prove that each parcel was weighed, checked against a list or shipped successfully.
Publication requires privacy masking and source confirmation.
Do Not Seal an Unresolved Exception
If quantity, condition, weight, restriction or label details do not match, the box should return to the responsible step under the approved process.
That process must be documented before it is presented as an existing standard.
