Our review history includes parcels that arrived late or not at all, so this page is written around timing and tracking rather than around packaging aesthetics.
Our own photographs show finished boxes, small boxes going into outer cartons, sealed cartons and labelled parcels ready to go, which supports a real packing-and-shipping operation. They do not prove a delivery date or a carrier’s performance, so timing is always taken from the current order terms, never from a photo.
Packing Evidence Has a Clear Scope
Current photos support the existence of product display, manual carton packing, closed cartons, shipping labels, and groups of prepared parcels. They do not prove the destination, shipping date, order value, or performance of a carrier.
All identifying label data must be masked before a photo is published.
Separate Four Time Periods
Order confirmation, preparation and packing, carrier transit, and customs clearance are different time periods. Combining them into one delivery promise makes exceptions impossible to explain.
The current offer should state which period Mewoo controls and which period depends on a carrier or authority.
Tracking Is a Process, Not a Badge
A useful tracking rule explains when a number is created, when it becomes active, where the buyer can check it, and how to report no movement or a delivery exception.
A photo of a label shows a label exists; it does not show that tracking was delivered to the buyer or that the parcel arrived.
Product Attributes Change Shipping
Batteries, magnets, liquids, wireless functions, size, weight, and destination can change the available route and documents. Country-sensitive orders should be checked before payment.
A standard box should never imply that every possible product can be shipped everywhere.
