Country & Import Information
Last updated:
Interest from a country is not the same as a shipping lane to it. This page explains what has to be confirmed before an order crosses a border—the product, the carrier, the documents, and who is responsible for duties and clearance—and why we would rather tell you to check than publish a world map of promises.

Who This Page Is For
Read this if you are outside our usual destinations, or inside them but ordering a product mix that might raise a customs or carrier question. It answers the questions cross-border buyers, resellers and bulk purchasers all ask: can you ship to my country, who pays the duties, and what happens if clearance fails?
What This Page Is Based On
Our records show buyer interest from a wide range of countries, but interest is not proof that a lane is open for a given product today.
We do not yet hold per-SKU compliance documents that can be matched to each destination, and a unified rule for customs failures and refunds across order types is still being finalised. So this page sets out the confirmation process and the responsibility split, and asks you to confirm your destination before ordering instead of assuming.
Country Interest Is Not Shipping Proof
Historical country codes can show that inquiries or business records span multiple markets. They do not prove paid orders, successful delivery, customs acceptance or current service to every listed country.
Each destination still requires a current check.
Confirm the Product First
Battery, magnetism, radio function, brand, material, value, size and intended use can change import and carrier requirements.
A country answer without a confirmed product or box composition may be incomplete.
Separate Seller, Carrier, and Importer Responsibilities
The order terms should identify who provides product information, who chooses or books the route, who acts as importer, who pays duties and taxes, and what happens if authorities request more information.
Responsibilities should not be hidden behind a delivered-to-your-door phrase.
When a Country Deserves Its Own Page
A separate country page should be created only when there is stable demand plus verified, independent information about eligible products, documents, shipping, customs, taxes and support.
Until then, this global information page and a pre-order confirmation path are more honest.
Important Limits Before You Order
- No claim of 5,744 paid orders or 114 served countries.
- No worldwide-shipping or customs-clearance guarantee.
- No tax or duty quotation without destination and order details.
- No country page generated from search volume alone.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship to my country?
Confirm the country, product or box attributes, quantity, carrier and current restrictions before ordering.
Are duties and taxes included?
That depends on the quoted shipping and incoterm or order terms. The responsible party must be stated.
Who is the importer?
The order should identify the importer and document responsibilities before shipment.
What if customs asks for documents?
The available product-linked documents and the responsible party should be confirmed in advance.
Why is there no page for every country?
A useful country page needs verified rules and real business relevance. Creating empty country pages would not help buyers.
Can battery products be included?
Only when the SKU, battery details, documents, carrier and destination allow it.
