A Clearer Process Starts With Clear Boundaries
A mystery box should create surprise at the moment of opening. It should not create confusion about the rules of the order.
That is why this page separates three things:
- what our current materials visibly show;
- what should be confirmed for a specific order; and
- what we will not present as a verified fact without supporting records.
Our current photo set shows product and mystery-box packaging displays, small boxes being placed into outer cartons, packed cartons, shipping labels, and groups of parcels. These images support a real packing-and-shipping context. They do not, by themselves, prove that every order follows an identical process, that every product receives the same test, or that a particular machine or production line belongs to Mewoo.
The Six Confirmation Points Behind a Better Box
The steps below explain what a transparent order needs. Where a formal Mewoo record is not yet available, we mark the point as something to confirm before ordering instead of describing it as a completed company standard.
1. Confirm the Order Requirements
The box format, destination country, quantity, product preferences, acceptable condition, battery restrictions, and any reseller or customization needs should be clear before the order is finalized.
For a standard purchase, continue to the available box options. For a bulk, reseller, country-sensitive, or customized order, talk to us first so the important constraints can be reviewed together.
Buyer output: a clearer order brief.
Important limit: candidate box formats, prices, quantities, or customization directions are not final terms until they are confirmed for the current offer.
2. Confirm What Can Be Said About Product Sources
Source transparency matters because buyers need to understand whether an item is new stock, open-box stock, a customer return, overstock, refurbished stock, untested stock, or another condition. Those descriptions should come from traceable purchasing and product records.
Mewoo is still consolidating the supplier, purchasing, brand-rights, and own-production-versus-outsourcing records needed for a detailed public sourcing claim. Until those records are complete, this step is a confirmation point—not a claim that Mewoo manufactures the products directly in its own factory.
Buyer output: the source description available for the relevant box or product category.
Important limit: no unsupported manufacturer, factory, authorized-brand, or certified-supply-chain claim.
3. Confirm the Incoming Check
An incoming check should identify the batch, product model, quantity, visible packaging condition, exterior condition, and any obvious mismatch or damage. A reliable process also needs a record of who checked it and what happened to an exception.
The current evidence folder does not yet contain a complete Mewoo incoming-inspection form or a continuous record that proves this is applied to every item. Please treat the detailed incoming-check standard as pending confirmation.
Buyer output: a clearly defined inspection scope for the order.
Important limit: we do not describe an undocumented inspection plan as a completed universal standard.

4. Confirm Product Condition and Testing Scope
Condition and function are related, but they are not the same. Cosmetic wear may not affect use, while a clean-looking electronic item may still need a functional check. The condition label, test actions, pass criteria, exclusions, and handling of an item that cannot be tested should therefore be stated separately.
Mewoo checks every item before dispatch. What is not yet available is a written product-by-product test method, a published coverage rate, an equipment list, or a per-item test record that can be issued with an order. If testing matters to your order, ask which checks apply to the relevant category before you buy.
Buyer output: a test scope and condition description that can actually be supported.
Important limit: “tested” should only be used when the test action and result can be identified.

5. Confirm the Box Mix
Current product materials include possible categories such as earphones, smart watches or bands, speakers, computer mice, data cables, USB drives, microphones, wireless chargers, hubs, cameras, electric toothbrushes, small fans, and phone cases. Power banks are excluded from every box. This is a possible category pool, not a promise that every box contains every category or any specific item.
A transparent box mix should distinguish:
- the selected box format;
- possible categories;
- any fixed requirement agreed for the order;
- product condition;
- quantity or weight rule;
- battery or destination restrictions; and
- what remains variable because it is a mystery box.
The current evidence does not support a universal item count, a guaranteed category mix, a fixed multiple of retail value, or a guaranteed reseller profit for every box.
Buyer output: a clearer expectation of what is fixed and what remains a surprise.

6. Pack, Label, and Prepare for Shipment
This is the part of the process with direct visual support in the current materials. The photos show finished mystery-box packaging, small boxes being placed into outer cartons, closed cartons, shipping labels, and multiple prepared parcels.
These visuals can show that packing and labeling scenes exist. They do not establish a universal packing specification, a verified item count for every carton, a recorded final weight, a shipment date, a destination, or a guaranteed delivery time.
Before publication, names, phone numbers, addresses, tracking numbers, and other personal or order-identifying information on labels must be masked.
Buyer output: packing evidence that is used only within its visible limits.

What Our Current Photos Can—and Cannot—Show
They can show
- several mystery-box packaging styles and product-package displays;
- a person placing smaller boxes into an outer carton;
- closed cartons and parcels with shipping labels;
- multiple parcels prepared in the same visible scene.
They cannot prove on their own
- current inventory or the exact content of a future box;
- ownership of a factory, production line, or testing machine;
- that every order follows the same inspection, testing, weighing, or packing process;
- the number or value of completed customer orders;
- a delivery date, carrier performance, or worldwide shipping capability;
- brand authorization, product certification, or customer permission to publish identifiable information.
This distinction protects the buyer from an exaggerated promise and protects the order from assumptions that were never confirmed.
What to Confirm Before You Order
Use this checklist when a detail matters to your purchase:
- Which box format is currently available?
- Which product categories may be included?
- What is fixed, and what remains random?
- Which product conditions may be included?
- Which functions, if any, can be checked for the relevant category?
- Is a packing list or category list available for this order type?
- Does the box contain batteries, magnets, or wireless products?
- Can the selected products be shipped to the destination country?
- What are the current packing, dispatch, tracking, customs, and after-sales terms?
- Does a bulk or customized order need a separate quotation?

Important Limits Before You Order
- Mystery-box contents may vary unless a requirement is confirmed in the order terms.
- Product photos illustrate visible products or packing scenes; they do not guarantee the content of a future box.
- Product condition must use the description confirmed for the current offer. A complete public grading standard is still pending.
- Every item is checked before dispatch, but the depth of that check depends on the product category, and a per-item test record is not currently issued.
- Candidate prices or minimum quantities found in internal planning materials are not public offers until current costs, shipping, taxes, payment fees, and fulfillment rules are confirmed.
- Shipping eligibility and timing can change with product attributes, carrier rules, destination, customs, and battery restrictions.
- Damage, missing items, non-working products, dislike of random contents, and customs problems are different cases and should not be handled under one unverified promise.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do the products come from?
The detailed sourcing statement depends on traceable supplier, purchasing, brand-rights, and production-or-outsourcing records. Those records are still being consolidated. Ask about the source information available for the box or category you are considering.
Is every item tested?
Yes. Mewoo checks every item before dispatch. What differs is the check itself, because a cable, a wearable and a speaker cannot be verified in the same way. A per-item test record is not currently issued, so confirm which functions are checked for the relevant category if that affects your order.
Are all items brand-new?
This page does not make that promise. A formal public condition-grading standard is still pending. The condition allowed for a specific offer should be confirmed before purchase.
Will every box contain the same products?
No. The available materials show a possible pool of electronics and accessory categories, but they do not support a promise that every box contains the same items or every listed category. Check the current box rules to understand what is fixed and what varies.
Can I confirm shipping before ordering?
Yes. Confirm the destination country, product attributes, battery or wireless restrictions, available carrier method, tracking arrangement, customs responsibility, and current timing before placing a country-sensitive order.
Can I request a reseller, bulk, or customized mix?
You can ask about it. A useful request should include your country, sales channel, quantity, budget, preferred categories, acceptable product condition, packaging needs, and timing. Availability, minimum quantity, price, and lead time must be confirmed for the current request.
