A Bulk Order Is a System
Multiple boxes introduce sourcing, assortment consistency, packing capacity, labels, carton planning, documents, shipping and exception handling. A single-box price multiplied by quantity may not represent the actual project.

Provide buyer type, sales channel or use case, destination, quantity or range, budget, preferred categories, exclusions, acceptable condition, test needs, manifest needs, packaging, target arrival date and import constraints.
Missing fields should be clarified before price and timing are promised.
Confirm the Sample Relationship
A sample can test communication, content fit, condition, packing and route. It may not reproduce the exact assortment of a future bulk run unless that is part of the written terms.
Sample cost, credit, timing and approval rules remain to be confirmed.
Define Acceptance Before Packing
The quotation should state the box specification, variation allowed, evidence provided, packing record, shipping responsibility, claim process and what triggers review.
That creates a measurable order instead of a vague bulk mystery promise.
